Arran is often called Scotland in miniature, on account of its terrain mimicking the mainland, with undulating and pleasant terrain in the South then rugged and dramatic mountain landscapes in the North.

It is peppered with natural, historical and leisure attractions and is really easy to get around, with a road encircling the entire outer shoreline and a road bisecting the interior called “The String.” These roads are easy driving and even better cycling for any roadies amongst your supporter’s clan!
